KRYO 1 is designed for a more relaxed, lounging experience.  The longer tub gives more of a bathtub feel, allowing you to fully immerse in the tub for longer durations and / or at slightly warmer temperatures. 

KRYO 2 provides a more traditional plunge design, shorter tub, and a more tucked sitting position typically associated with colder water plunging.

Both KRYO designs are built to accommodate one user at  a time.

KRYO boasts a fully welded and insulated stainless steel frame and tub. The side and hatch panels, derived from rice husks, are 100% resistant to water, weather, rot, and pests.

KRYO comes with a four-season, UV-resistant thermal cover, an inline hose filter for filling, and an integrated condensate drip pan for indoor use.

Note: When installing your KRYO outdoors, please keep the following in mind:

  • Water will evaporate quicker outdoors, so your KRYO must be refilled more frequently.
  • If possible, do not install your KRYO in continuous, direct sunlight outdoors.

KRYO arrives fully pre-assembled and boasts a simple “plug & play” design that requires no professional installation. Please note you will need multiple people to move and position your KRYO.

KRYO is capable of chilling down to 39°F. It is best to consult with your physician to determine a temperature that’s right for you.

KRYO chills at an average of 2-3 degrees per hour, however, this is largely dependent on the ambient temperature and humidity.

KRYO is designed to run 24 hours a day, always maintaining the set water temperature.

The chiller can be set as low as 39°F.

Current water temperature is clearly displayed on the chiller and can be adjusted using the up and down buttons.

Bradford Products provides free curbside delivery. Your KRYO will arrive crated and palletized on a standard delivery truck and will be dropped off at your front door/garage. You will want to make sure you have a few good friends available to help move KRYO into place. It is your responsibility to move your KRYO from drop off point to the desired location.

Your KRYO will arrive in a completely enclosed crate. A drill is needed to open and disassemble the crate.

KRYO 1 – 495 lbs.

The best way to keep your KRYO clean is to wipe it down after each use. Additionally, change the water every 1-2 weeks depending on usage and environmental conditions. This is also the ideal time to check the filter and clean/replace as necessary.

  • The water in your KRYO should be drained every one to two weeks.
  • Always use the inline hose filter when filling or adding water.
  • Add a 32oz bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide (3% concentration) to your KRYO each time you fill your tub.
  • Check the filter every time you drain and fill the tub, rinse or replace if necessary.
  • Do not add chlorine or any other pool chemicals to your KRYO.
  • Wipe down stainless steel, wood, and cover with a damp cloth as needed.

KRYO comes equipped with a cartridge filter pump and an AOP sanitization system that utilizes Ozone and Ultraviolet radiation to remove biological contaminants from the water.

Add a 32oz bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide (3% concentration) every time you fill your KRYO.

Very easily! Turn off and unplug your KRYO, locate the hose fitting at the bottom of the equipment and hook up your garden hose. Turn the drain valve to empty the water.

The stainless steel is cleaned the same as any other stainless-steel appliances. Traditional stainless-steel cleaner works perfectly. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Yes, however if you are in an area where temperatures can reach freezing, please see our section on winterization.

The KRYO should be completely drained of water. Leave the drain valve open. Remove the hoses from the inlet and outlet fittings of the chiller. Slowly fill the chiller at the inlet fitting with RV antifreeze and a funnel until full.
